As a a bi-cultural, Egyptian, Arab first-generation immigrant woman, I understand that it takes courage to seek the vulnerable experience of therapy. I see therapy as a vehicle for transformation on a non linear, non judgmental path.
My goal is to create a comforting and warm experience that gives you the space to share your unique story. My practice draws from narrative, mindfulness, art therapy, Internal Family Systems. and person-centered therapy approaches. I specialize in recognizing the narratives and lenses through which we see ourselves and the world and finding the parts that may be stuck or frozen in time. This encourages me to listen with empathy, collaboratively looking with you for ways to heal.
It takes courage to seek therapy and it’s my privilege to walk alongside you. I hope to foster awareness, healing, and connection with your authentic self while still leaving room for creativity and play. If you think we could be a good fit, connect with me for a free consultation where I can answer any questions you might have!
