I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. My experience includes working in both community mental health and private practice, where I’ve supported adults navigating personal challenges, life transitions, and questions about identity and purpose. I bring a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental presence to my work, grounded in deep respect for each person’s unique story and inner world.
I work with adults from diverse backgrounds who may be navigating periods of change, uncertainty, or feeling stuck in their lives. Some of my clients are going through life transitions, such as career shifts, relationship changes, or questions around identity and purpose, while others may feel a quieter sense of disconnection, like something isn’t quite aligned even if things look “fine” on the surface.
Many of the people I support are thoughtful, self-aware, and hold themselves to high standards. They may struggle with perfectionism, self-doubt, or an ongoing pressure to “get things right,” which can lead to feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from their own needs and desires. Others may feel caught in patterns they don’t fully understand, or notice that despite their efforts, they’re not moving forward in the way they’d hoped.
You don’t have to fit a specific mold to benefit from this work. Whether you’re feeling stuck, navigating a transition, questioning your direction, or simply wanting to understand yourself more deeply, therapy can offer a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most to you.
