Has life been feeling demanding or overwhelming lately, even while you try to manage everything on your own?
You may be navigating major life transitions such as immigration, loneliness, cultural adjustment, grief or challenges in your relationships or career. Over time, it is common to feel emotionally exhausted, anxious, stuck in overthinking, lonely or disconnected from yourself.
If you are here considering support, that already reflects strength and self-awareness. Having experienced immigration and significant life transitions myself, I bring empathy and a deep respect for your experiences. Therapy is a space to slow down, make sense of your experience, and move through it together.
I work collaboratively, paying close attention to the connection between mind, body, emotions, and relationship patterns. In a safe space, we explore what feels important to you, helping you access your inner resources and become more present, grounded, and emotionally aware in your daily life. I don’t have all the answers, and I value discovering them alongside you.
At times, I may invite gentle reflection, grounding exercises, or brief moments of pause, helping you connect more deeply with yourself. Each session unfolds at your own pace.
My background includes both corporate experience and over five years of clinical experience in Brazil. I currently practice in Canada under clinical supervision as part of my professional registration process. I am also a member of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals (OAMHP), and I practice in accordance with professional standards, ethical guidelines, and supervised clinical training in Canada.
I offer sessions in English and Portuguese and invite you to a free 30-minute consultation to explore whether working together feels like the right fit for you. I welcome you to come as you are.
