Hi, I am a counselling intern who works with adults, children, youth, parents, couples, and families. I provide a neurodiverse-affirming and supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.
Life can sometimes throw a curveball at us, and it catches us off guard. Seeking help and support does not mean we are weak; it only means that we are brave enough to do something about our situation.
I have a special focus on ASD, anxiety, school and work-related stress, relationships, and parenting issues, helping clients and families build practical skills, resilience, and strategies to navigate life’s challenges with confidence. I intend to provide a non-judgmental and safe space for my clients to be themselves and help them process their thoughts and feelings in the way that they are capable. My approach is integrative and client-centred, ensuring that the client’s needs are heard, understood, and addressed.
