If wounds happen in relationship, so does healing. Due to this, a deep connection between client and therapist lies at the heart of effective therapy. I strive to make meaningful connections with clients that prioritize empowerment, kindness, empathy, curiosity and sometimes even humour.
I am a queer-identified therapist, and my passion lies in working with LGBTQIA+ populations on issues such as sex and relationships, complicated family dynamics, relational trauma and intergenerational trauma. I am trained as a psychodynamic psychotherapist and I use an anti-oppressive lens, incorporating parts work and attachment theory into my practice.
I like to take a collaborative approach with clients, where we tailor the work to meet your needs. I’d love to meet with you for a free consultation to see how we can work together.
