I’m glad you made your way here! Life can feel overwhelming at times and seeking help is a brave first step towards healing. As a therapist, my goal is to create a safe and understanding environment where you are able to explore your thoughts, feelings, and challenges. Whether you are dealing with life transitions, self-esteem issues, anxiety, or depression, my role is to walk alongside you and your life experiences.
Therapy with me is collaborative and centred on you- focused on your unique story, your values, and moves at your pace. I believe in the power of being mindful, and curious. Also, that healing happens when we are truly seen and heard. I take an integrated approach and draw from evidence-based practices, mindfulness, and somatic awareness, to meet you where you are with warmth and presence.
I welcome individuals from all backgrounds, identities, and abilities and hold a deep respect for the diverse ways in which we perceive and experience the world. Therapy should be a space where both of us bring together our knowledge and individual skills to create an individualized treatment plan that works best for you. Therapy is not about “fixing” you; it is about helping you find your way back to yourself.
