If you’re feeling overwhelmed by difficult thoughts, feelings, relationships and life circumstances, you’re human. I value your courage and openness in reaching out for support. Perhaps you want to feel more content, connected, loved, worthy, inspired, confident and focused? My goal is to empower you to live the rich and meaningful life that you deserve, to navigate your challenges and to be more mindful and self-compassionate along the way. I’d be honoured to walk alongside you on your journey. You’ll find a safe, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you’ll feel seen, heard and valued.

My approach is humanistic, positive, strengths-based and practical. I also bring 12 years of counselling experience as a holistic nutritionist and eating psychology coach and appreciate the reciprocal connection between the mind (mental health) and body (physical health). Depending on your needs, we’ll draw on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focused Therapy and/or mindfulness interventions.

I offer individual therapy sessions in-person, online or by phone. Please reach out so we can discuss the possibility of working together. I can’t wait to meet you.
