About…

Whether you’re seeking therapy to address a specific challenge or to generally develop a deeper understanding of yourself, it’d be my honour to support your journey toward wellbeing, self-understanding and personal growth. I work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of concerns such as stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, emotional eating, trauma, ADHD and insomnia.

I offer a warm, welcoming space where you can feel heard, understood and cared for as you explore your thoughts, emotions and experiences. I integrate cognitive, emotional and somatic processing in sessions and I see therapy as a space for both acceptance and change. I support clients in processing and accepting what’s beyond their control—such as past experiences or current challenges—while also helping them identify where they have agency and can make meaningful changes to improve their well-being. I emphasize skill-building by offering practical tools for managing stress, regulating emotions, shifting behaviours and navigating relationships more effectively.

My work draws on mindfulness, internal family systems, acceptance and commitment therapy, narrative therapy, and cognitive behavioural therapy. I work in a way that is trauma and attachment-informed & grounded in anti-oppression and anti-racism. I believe the relationship between the therapist and client is the foundation of great therapy, and I provide a free consultation so we can get a sense of whether working together feels like the right fit for you.
