About…

I offer psychotherapy support to individual adults (18+) who are navigating:

  • Anxiety;
  • Depression;
  • Family conflict;
  • Life transitions;
  • Mood disorders (bipolar I disorder; bipolar II disorder; major depressive disorder; seasonal affective disorder; cyclothymic disorder);
  • Obsessive thinking;
  • Parenting;
  • Peer relationships;
  • Relationship issues;
  • Stress

My trauma-informed approach blends psychodynamic insight, mindfulness, and person-centred care. Together, we’ll explore how past experiences may be shaping your present, helping you make sense of patterns and create meaningful change. I tailor each session to your unique needs, drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Emotion-Focused approaches. In our sessions together, you will be met with warmth, curiosity, and a non-judgemental space to support your emotional well-being and relationships.

Born in Canada, and second generation Chinese, I understand the challenges of balancing Asian cultural values with Canadian identity and can help navigate cultural conflicts and find greater balance in life. Let’s work together to help you find clarity, build resilience, and move toward a life that feels lighter, more grounded, and more fulfilling.

Finding a therapist can seem overwhelming. When you’re ready, I’m here to talk, explore what you need, and answer your questions. You don’t have to figure it out on your own—let’s start the conversation.
