Hi, I’m Martha. I’m a student therapist and registered psychotherapist (qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I believe that therapy can be a vital pathway to navigating life challenges that are holding us back. By providing a safe and supportive environment, I work with clients to identify unhelpful patterns, and develop tools to meet their treatment goals. I help clients reconnect with strengths, develop self-compassion, and manage distress. Through an empathic and genuine connection, I believe each client can be supported towards life improvement. Everyone’s situation is unique, which is why I use an integrative and strengths-based approach that includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Narrative Therapy techniques. Together we can find strategies and coping skills to facilitate your engagement and growth.
