Hi, I’m Martha. I’m a registered psychotherapist (qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I believe that therapy can be a vital pathway to healing, and navigating life challenges that are holding us back. By providing a safe and supportive environment, I work with clients to identify unhelpful patterns, and develop tools to meet their treatment goals. I help clients reconnect with strengths, develop self-compassion, and manage distress. Through an empathic and genuine connection, I believe each client can be supported towards life improvement. Everyone’s situation is unique, which is why I use an integrative and strengths-based approach that includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), EMDR, ACT, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). I also use Gottman Method Couples Therapy with couples looking to improve their communication and compassion. Together we can find strategies and coping skills to facilitate your engagement and growth.
