Martina is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). Having completed her B.A. in Psychology, she is currently pursuing her M.A. in Counselling Psychology. She specializes in addressing self-esteem issues, relationship challenges, life transitions, anxiety, and depression, with a developing understanding of both men’s and women’s unique struggles. Martina draws from a range of therapeutic approaches, tailoring her methods to each client’s specific needs and goals. Her familiarity with diverse cultures allows her to provide culturally sensitive care, recognizing the importance of individual backgrounds in shaping experiences.
