Using a trauma-informed, strengths based and client centered approach, we will work to address what is happening in your life and how you can make the changes you feel are necessary. Every client comes to therapy as the expert of their own experiences, my role is to provide insight and a non-judgemental and supportive space for you to grow and succeed.
