My process includes integrative and collaborative approaches aimed to meet you where you are at with respect, integrity, and warmth. I help clients feel validated and supported with active listening and goal-oriented therapy. My focus is to support you to process thoughts and emotions, make meaningful changes, understand yourself, and develop coping skills.
