About…

Navigating Life’s Pivots

Life involves constant change, and these pivotal moments can sometimes be overwhelming. Whether you are changing careers, coping with loss, or navigating uncertainty, significant life transitions often bring self-doubt and questions about identity. My name is Mary, and I am in the process of registering for CRPO qualifying status. I specialize in assisting individuals in making sense of these complex feelings. I provide a steady, reflective space to explore your personal narratives and reconnect with yourself, transforming upheaval into growth. My objective is to offer supportive and accessible therapy for those experiencing change.

My Approach

I’ve navigated my fair share of career and life changes, from executive recruitment, financial services to higher education, and I know how much these shifts can impact emotional well-being. That personal insight led me to the psychotherapy field. I use practical, human-centered approaches like narrative and psychodynamic therapy to help make sense of experiences, work through emotions, and build the inner resources needed to feel more grounded and confident.

Who I Help

I work with individuals adjusting to life disruptions or involuntary transitions. I understand the emotional weight of redefining purpose and identity. Change may disrupt the familiar, yet it presents opportunities for rediscovery. If you’re ready to explore these shifts with support, I’m here to help.

“Transitions are essential to life. We can’t ignore these central times of life; we can’t wish or will them away. We have to accept them, name them, mark them, share them, and eventually convert them into fuel for remaking our life stories.” ― Bruce Feiler, Life Is in the Transitions
