I provide therapy in both English and Polish with a cultural understanding of immigrant and ethnic backgrounds. I use a non-judgemental approach to apply concepts from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy (NT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Adlerian Therapy, and Person-Centred Therapy.
