Hello! I’m a psychotherapy resident at LEENA, a clinic dedicated to supporting the BIPOC community. I work best with clients navigating intersecting identities, such as being a racial minority, immigrant or refugee, neurodiverse, affectional minority, and/or religious minority. I aim to provide a safe space to explore these facets of your identity and support in healing past wounds and building resilience. I also aim to help with self-discovery, developing coping strategies, enhancing self-confidence, and fostering healthier relationships, all while embracing your unique identity.

I’m here to help with issues like depression, anxiety, self-esteem struggles, life transitions, emotional regulation, and relationship challenges and use a mix of evidence-based therapies tailored to your unique needs.

As an autistic and minoritized individual who has faced my own mental health challenges, I deeply understand the importance of our work together. Every person’s journey is unique, and I’m dedicated to supporting you in a way that feels right for you. Thank you for considering me as your therapist. I look forward to working together on your path to wellness.
