I believe you are more than the concerns or fears that bring you to therapy. You have the capacity to grow, heal, and move forward—sometimes you just need the right support and tools to strengthen your emotional resilience. In our work together, you remain the expert of your experience; my role is to help you make sense of what you’re feeling and guide you toward a direction that feels most authentic. I understand that starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially when it’s hard to find a practice that truly understands your community’s challenges. I aim to build a space where you feel safe to explore your personal experiences.
As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and MA in Counseling Psychology student under clinical supervision, my role as a therapist is to support you and provide the guidance and tools to navigate distressing times, not to define who you are or who you need to be. If this resonates with you, reach out for a free 50-minute consultation.
I welcome all individuals, regardless of gender, sexuality, disability, or culture. I am BIPOC & 2SLGBTQ+ allied, sex-positive + kink-aware, body-positive, neurodivergent and polyamorous/non-monogamy allied.
About Me
As a bilingual, first-generation immigrant, I am familiar with the experiences of immigration, queerness, neurodivergence, and intersectional identities . I draw from culturally sensitive, evidence-informed practices to create a safe and empowering space for those navigating similar challenges or seeking personal growth through affordable, virtual psychotherapy based in Ontario.
My Qualifications
My studies and research in Biology for Health Science & Psychology have been the framework for my approaches for 4 years. I’ll recognize your physical, psychological and social aspects of self to attain a holistic sense of well-being! I’m in the final year of my Masters program and currently practicing under the supervision of a Registered Psychotherapist.
My Approach
My approach involves different characteristics of Person-Centered Therapy, CBT, Emotion-focused and Psychodynamic models of therapy. In order to best cater to your unique needs and identity, we’ll create a framework together, prioritizing your autonomy as the expert of your personal experience.
