About…

I started working as a therapist after a career as a university professor, which is where I discovered a passion for helping people navigate the challenging thoughts, feelings, and experiences that life presents.

I work with adults and young adults dealing with a wide range of concerns, including symptoms of anxiety, depression, experiences of trauma, life transitions, and relationship issues involving romantic partners, family members, and professional colleagues. I also work with couples experiencing challenges related to interpersonal conflict, emotional distance, intimacy, and more.

My approach focuses on building a warm and collaborative relationship in which you feel safe, valued, and free to discuss anything and everything you want to. Working together, we will explore your challenges and concerns and use evidence-based psychotherapeutic methods that are appropriate to your unique needs and goals.

My standard rate for individuals $125 and $190 for couples, but I also take on limited numbers of clients on a sliding scale. Please drop me a line at grellettepsychotherapy@gmail.com for further inquiries.

All my best,
Matt
