About…

***Please note: I am not accepting new clients at this time.***

I am a student psychotherapist, transitioning to this career after working as a university professor, which is where I discovered a passion for supporting people who are navigating the difficult thoughts, feelings, and experiences that life can present.

I work with adults and young adults (16+), including students and professionals, dealing with challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, negative self-assessments, as well as relationship issues involving romantic partners, family, and peers.

My approach focuses on building a warm and collaborative relationship in which you feel safe, valued, and free to discuss anything and everything you want to. Working together, we will explore your challenges and concerns and use whatever evidence-based psychotherapeutic methods are appropriate to your unique needs and goals.

I am currently taking on new clients and look forward to meeting you and getting started. Book a free online consult here: https://actionpsychotherapy.janeapp.com/locations/action-psychotherapy-toronto/book#/staff_member/26. Or reach out to me via email and I can help arrange things.

Cheers,
Matt
