You are here because you are braver than you feel, and because you are ready to show up for yourself. Maybe you feel stuck in a loop of thoughts and feelings, or you’re feeling overwhelmed or burned out with everything on your plate. Maybe you’re wanting to make a meaningful change, or are already in the process of changes, and need a little help. Maybe you find yourself looking in the mirror and want to know who’s looking back a bit better. We can go so much farther when we travel together. Please let me have the honour of joining you.
I’m offering a natural, relaxed, and welcoming space for you to talk about depression and anxiety, life and work stress, relationship issues, queer identities, men’s issues, minority stress, grief and loss, life transitions, and the stuff that might be holding you back or getting you stuck. We’ll go at whatever pace suits you best.
Expect a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where we can explore thoughts and feelings together with compassion and curiosity. My work is integrative, collaborative, queer-affirming, evidence-based, and trauma-informed. You can book a session online with me from your home, or in-person in a private, comfortable space.
