Are you overwhelmed with anxiety, frightened, stuck, or not sure how to navigate difficult emotions or painful memories? It is frustrating when you don’t know where to turn, when to speak up, or how to connect with different parts of yourself. Therapy offers you the space to slow down in a supportive and non-judgmental environment, so you can connect to and care for all parts of yourself, and explore new ways of seeing and being seen. It holds space for your relational and personal realities so you can gain a new understanding of yourself and allow yourself to be heard and accepted with all your fears and complexities.
My work is integrative and trauma-informed, centred around Psychodynamic, CBT, and mindfulness. This blended approach helps us explore how your past affects you now, and why recurring issues take up space in your mind and body. We will challenge unhelpful thoughts, so you can process unresolved feelings and change patterns that no longer serve you.
As a bicultural therapist from a collectivist culture, I understand the complexities of boundary-setting, feeling stuck in old ways, and not prioritizing yourself. I work to create a safe space where you can bring in your whole self, cultivate self-compassion, and make positive changes in your life. I invite you to get in touch for a free consultation.
