A bit about me… My practice is focused on relational Gestalt Therapy. I work with clients in the here and now, while focusing on embodiment, awareness and self-actualization. I help individuals seeking support with stress, anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, shame, guilt and much more. I’ve studied a number of spiritual paths over the past 10 years, for my own self-growth, and to broaden my approach to life and others. I weave my knowledge and experiences to hold a safe and supportive space for you to come as you are. I see and work with all sorts of clients, from a variety of backgrounds, and I use multiple modalities including relational Gestalt Therapy, Reichian Therapy, Mindfulness and Ericksonian Hypnotherapy. I’m an empath, a highly sensitive person and I started my own healing journey over 10 years ago.
