Rooted in curiosity and care, I strive to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and at ease. I’m an active and engaged therapist, committed to exploring what healing looks like for you. With a justice-informed, interdisciplinary background, my approach is attuned to how our inner lives are shaped by the broader social and environmental contexts we live in. Together, we’ll work to deepen your connection to yourself, foster a greater sense of belonging, and build the resilience needed to navigate life’s complexities.
Before training as a psychotherapist, I led the development of a kitchen- and land-based mental health promotion program, supported people through crisis line work, and facilitated therapeutic garden programs. These experiences deepened my belief in the restorative power of nature and my commitment to culturally humble, community-centered care. They also inform my interest in ecotherapy and my ongoing effort to create spaces for new ways of being with ourselves, one another, and the world around us.
