I practice therapy with an integrative approach that is trauma-informed, culturally-sensitive, and focused on self-compassion. I incorporate evidence-based modalities such as EFT and SFT to help individuals navigating anxiety, stress, loneliness, burnout, and relationship turmoil. I hold special care for fellow mothers who are carrying too much, and who are looking for a simpler and lighter way. I also bring insights from my former career in marketing, with a special focus on how technology and social media can affect our mental well-being.
