If you’re here, you’ve already taken an important step toward reconnecting with yourself. Reaching out can feel difficult, but it’s a meaningful first step. My journey to becoming a therapist was shaped by my background in neuroscience, where I came to understand the neurochemical changes behind mental health challenges. This helped me see how real and complex these experiences are, and strengthened my commitment to creating a space where they are met with understanding and care.
As a Pre-Licensed Professional and MA in Counselling Psychology student under clinical supervision, I work with individuals experiencing stress, burnout, a sense of misalignment in their lives, anxiety, and depression. My approach is gentle, collaborative, and person-centred, integrating CBT, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness. Together, we can explore your experiences, build insight, and develop tools that will help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
