I offer support to adolescents, young adults, and adults who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, whether due to trauma, anxiety, depression, major life changes, or ongoing stress. I aim to provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can make sense of your experiences, understand your emotional responses, and develop skills that are useful in everyday life. Common goals can include improving emotional regulation, self-awareness, communication skills, resilience, stress management, and overall well-being.
I approach therapy from a trauma-informed and collaborative perspective, using evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioural therapy, person-centred therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, and attachment-based therapy. I integrate these approaches to best meet your needs and work at a pace that feels right for you.
Life can be hard, and with so many challenges, you may feel alone or unsure of what to do next. It’s okay to feel that way — we all need support at times. If you’re feeling overwhelmed or unsure of your next steps, I welcome you to reach out. I’m happy to answer questions or talk about how I can support you.
