Hello there, I am Megan Kelley, and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). In addition to my RP(Q), I have a degree in Child and Youth Care with more than 5 years’ experience working with all ages including children, youth and adults as well as Indigenous populations. My method to therapy is person-centred which allows my clients to be in the driver’s seat of their own wellness journey and enables us to tailor your strategies so they best meet your needs. I mainly focus on growth areas that are of interest to my clients, however I enjoy supporting individuals for anxiety and trauma, in addition to children and couples. As a former police spouse, I have a personal understanding of the unique challenges faced by law enforcement families. This lived experience deepens my empathy and informs my therapeutic approach when working with first responders and their loved ones. I understand that taking the plunge into therapy can be scary and uncomfortable, however I admire your strength in changing your story to what you want for yourself. Seeing my clients surmount their challenges and become empowered fuels the passion for my work. It would be an honour to ease that discomfort, support your growth and watch you flourish.
