My intention is to help you build a deeper sense of trust, safety, and emotional ease so you can show up more fully in your life and relationships. My approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and client-centred. I believe meaningful change happens through awareness, safety, and connection rather than quick fixes. In our work together, we might gently notice what’s happening in your body, build emotional regulation skills, explore the deeper roots of old patterns, or shift long-held beliefs that no longer serve you.
