Are you someone who wishes to make meaningful changes and work toward your goals, but feels overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure where to begin? You’re not alone. Many clients seek support during times of stress, transition, or disconnection. In our work together, you can build essential self-care and coping skills while fostering a deeper sense of self-compassion and learning not only how to care for yourself, but also that you are worthy of a meaningful and healthy life. I work with adults, teens, and those over the age of nine. I have lots of experience supporting individuals with various exceptionalities, including those who identify as neurodivergent.
My approach is grounded in providing a welcoming, safe, nonjudgmental space rooted in empathy, authenticity, and collaboration, where clients feel truly seen, heard, and empowered. As an Associate Therapist, I aim to meet each client where they are, recognizing that each person’s journey, pace, and needs are unique.
As part of completing my Master of Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University, I am undergoing advanced clinical training and providing services under the supervision of psychotherapist Mobina Hasan. I offer virtual sessions at $30.00 per session and would be honoured to connect with you
