I believe in each individual’s capacity for resilience, growth and healing. In therapy, we can work together towards strategies for growth and change while honouring your unique story, strengths and knowledge.
The foundation of my approach to therapy is informed by art therapy, a form of therapy that combines psychotherapy with the creative process. In addition to art therapy, my work is supported by the use of tools and techniques found in other modalities, including mindfulness, DBT and CBT.
