My path to becoming a therapist has been shaped by a lifelong desire to support others through life’s challenges. Throughout my career, I have worked in leadership, coaching, and problem-solving roles, while volunteering on a crisis support line where I saw the impact of being heard and understood. As someone with lived experience of neurodivergence, I understand how exhausting it can be to feel different, misunderstood, or disconnected from yourself. These experiences inspired me to pursue psychotherapy. I am passionate about creating a warm, compassionate, and acceptiing space where clients can explore their experiences, build self-trust, and move toward a more authentic and fulfilling life.
