Have you been feeling stuck or overwhelmed, unsure of what direction to take, or caught between conflicting inner voices? Many people struggle to navigate external expectations—from family, culture, or society—while trying to stay connected to their own authentic needs and values. When that inner noise becomes loud, it can lead to confusion, emotional exhaustion, and self-doubt.
At the heart of my work is a deep respect for you as a whole person. Therapy is a space where you are supported, understood, and empowered as you move toward a life that feels more aligned with who you are. Our work is not a one-size-fits-all process; it is guided by what feels most relevant and meaningful to you.
I aim to create a safe, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where you can express yourself openly. I value ongoing check-ins, shared feedback, and thoughtful ways of noticing progress, so therapy feels responsive rather than static.
Areas I support include
Being neurodivergent myself, I support individuals with ADHD and ADHD-related challenges, with a focus on helping clients recognize their strengths and move toward their goals without being defined by labels. I view diagnosis as a tool that can be helpful when it supports self-understanding and enhances quality of life, rather than as something that limits or defines a person.
In addition, I support adults and adolescence to navigate through: Anxiety – Depression – Relationship – Emotional regulation – Self-esteem – Identity exploration and identity crises – Life transitions – Career transitions – Dating and relationship challenges – Breakups and separation.
What to expect
In my practice, I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, including evidence-based strategies from:
● Mindfulness-based work
● ACT → Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
● IFS → Internal Family Systems
● EFT → Emotionally Focused Therapy
● CBT → Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
These approaches are adapted thoughtfully to your needs as we work together to understand your inner experience, develop practical tools, and reduce mental overload.
