About…

Life can sometimes leave you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or lonely. If you are struggling with relationship challenges, emotional disconnection, intimacy, and communication, sleep issues, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, parenting, or other major life transitions, I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space for individuals and couples of all races to navigate issues, emotions, and feelings toward healing, growth, and positive relationships.

Rooted in my lived experience growing up in a family affected by relational conflict, personal mental health journey, and professional work with individuals and couples, I know healing, growth, and healthy relationships are possible. I will sit with you in your discomfort, uncertainty, and overwhelming emotions and work toward healing in a way that feels right for you.

As a Canadian Certified Counsellor, Registered Social Worker, and Psychotherapist, I bring warmth, empathy, and cultural sensitivity to my work. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Trauma-Informed Care, I tailor therapy to your unique needs – No two healing journeys are the same.

I offer a warm, compassionate, and safe, space where you feel heard and supported. If you feel stuck or overwhelmed by life’s challenges, I would love to support you. Let’s have those meaningful conversations and heart-to-heart talks.

I invite you to reach out for a free 15-30-minute consultation. Sliding scale ($90–$110) spots available, ask about availability if interested. Send an email to mnpsychotherapy@proton.me
