I offer outdoor walk-and-talk counselling in Calgary and online for those who feel pressure to stay strong while struggling with anxiety, anger, trauma, burnout, depression, stress, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, or life transitions. Traditional office therapy may feel stuffy to you. Maybe you are seeking a different approach that’s more collaborative and engaging. Perhaps you would rather connect with someone at your level being more shoulder-to-shoulder then face-to-face by walking and engaging with the outdoors. My approach is practical and down-to-earth. I work collaboratively to help help you regulate emotions, improve relational communication, along with building a confident self-awareness of values and purpose. I will let you set the pace, but I will let you know when I see avoidance or resistance preventing you from meaningful growth and lasting change.
