About…

I understand that every individual’s journey is unique, and therapy should honour that uniqueness. I tailor each session to meet my client’s needs using an integrative approach grounded in evidence-based techniques.

With a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental approach, I place my clients’ well-being at the heart of my practice. I am committed to empowering individuals to build resilience and deepen their self-awareness. Through unwavering compassion, I create a safe, supportive space where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, feelings, and emotions. I carefully adapt my approach to each person’s unique journey, fostering a sense of ease and relief as I guide them through personal growth and healing.

My commitment is to help clients navigate these challenges, fostering emotional well-being and personal growth. I work with a diverse population, including both adults and young adults (12+), specializing in areas such as anxiety, life transitions, emotional regulation, self exploration, depression, stress management, and relationship challenges. You are not alone in your journey, and I am here to meet you where you are and support you each step of the way.

I am currently completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology practicum under the direct supervision of  Karen Turner, MSc, RP. I am accepting new clients for in-person and virtual sessions. I would be happy to connect for a free 15-minute consultation. This is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, answer any questions you may have, and explore how I can best support you on your journey. Please feel free to reach out with any additional questions. I look forward to connecting!
