I am a compassionate, skilled clinician with over 10 years of experience and training. I use a collaborative therapeutic approach to help support folks who are experiencing challenges in their lives and relationships. I bring a trauma informed, anti oppressive lens to therapy and use my clinical skills to assist people in exploring solutions and to gain new perspective on the issues they are facing. My specialities are working with shame, imposter syndrome and emotion dysregulation. I have received extensive training in DBT and in Mindfulness based therapies.

Together, we’ll focus on understanding your thoughts, feelings, and actions: how they’re related, how they’ve affected your life from the past to today & ways to change them. We’ll work on strategies to understand emotions, be kinder to yourself & live the life you want.
