Hi there 🙂
My name is Molly and I am a registered social worker and artist living in Toronto. My practice is supported by several years as a front-line worker and in this field I have had the opportunity to support folks from the the LGBTQ community, people recovering and living with mental health challenges, older folks and youth. In my practice I work with a strengths-based/goal oriented approach believing that if we access our creativity we can move through any life situation or circumstance with compassion and empowerment.Â
I use a trauma informed lens combined with guided art activities to support growth and practices in self love. I support clients with directed varied mediums which include drawing, painting, puppetry, clay, creative writing and poetry. The intention is to help you access your creative voice, which allows for dreaming, which allows for you to draw new and different conclusions to challenges and circumstances.Â
I host out of my cozy home studio, with tea and small snacks to create a warm and welcoming environment for you to safely process and move through any grievances you may carry.
Thank you and feel free to contact me for a free 15 min consultation: molly.b.mcgregor@gmail.comÂ
