Do you feel overwhelmed, anxious, or caught between different parts of who you are? You may be navigating relationship challenges, cultural expectations, or the pressure to be everything for everyone while feeling disconnected inside. As a Black Somali Muslim therapist, I understand, both professionally and through lived experience, how identity, belonging, faith, culture, and values can shape our inner world in complex ways. I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, respected, and supported while exploring the parts of themselves that may feel difficult to carry alone.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions. I am especially passionate about supporting individuals from diverse cultural and religious backgrounds who are exploring identity and the tension between personal values and external expectations. My approach is warm, collaborative, and person-centered.
As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and MACP student under clinical supervision, I draw from both clinical training and lived experience to create a grounded and supportive therapeutic space. Reaching out can feel difficult. We can move at a pace that feels right for you. If this resonates, let’s connect.
