I am passionate about supporting clients navigating anxiety, trauma, and identity-related experiences. I bring over nine years of experience in mental health settings, with a particular focus on working with racialized, queer, and other marginalized communities.
I strive to create a grounded, compassionate space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered. I take a collaborative, client-centered approach, drawing on trauma-informed care, narrative therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotion-Focused Therapy, somatic practices, and evidence-based interventions to curate an approach that best fits you.
My areas of focus include anxiety, gender-affirming care, experiences of violence, eating disorders, body image concerns, interpersonal challenges, burnout, and self-esteem.
In addition to my clinical work, I am currently pursuing a PhD focused on policy reform in family law, with an emphasis on developing safeguards for underserved populations. I am deeply committed to both individual healing and broader systemic change.
