Hi, I’m glad you’re here and I’m currently accepting new clients. I know how tough it can be to juggle everything—whether it’s burnout, parenting, adjusting to new places, or just trying to keep it together day to day. As a woman of color, an immigrant, and a new parent myself, I get what it feels like to struggle and still have to show up.
I also know how hard it can be to reach out for support, especially in Caribbean and South Asian communities where mental health isn’t always talked about. You don’t have to go through it alone.
In our sessions, you’ll find a relaxed, non-judgmental space where we go at your pace. Sometimes that means gentle reflection, sometimes it means practical steps you can try right away. Either way, I’ll meet you where you are and walk alongside you.
