My areas of interest and experience are in anxiety-related disorders, disability and illness, trauma, depression, grief, relationships and family conflict, transitions, self-esteem, stress, workplace issues and challenges due to immigration. I like to utilize a person-centred integrative approach to provide you with a safe, supportive, positive environment to help you understand yourself, your concerns and help you overcome the obstacles that come your way. I have training in various approaches, where I incorporate motivational interviewing, solution-focused, positive psychology, humanistic and mindfulness techniques into sessions.
