I am completing a Masters of Counselling Psychology and have a BSc in Forensic Psychology. Having worked in research, with first-responders, and people of all walks of life, my goal is to help you build coping skills, strengthen relationships, and navigate transitions and moving forward.
I take a trauma- and culturally-informed approach that pulls from Narrative, CBT, Attachment and Emotionally Focused, CBT, Solution-Focused, and IFS therapy, but I ensure flexibility in how this applies to your goals. I work with both individuals and couples and have interest in mood & stress, immigration, identity & self-esteem, trauma, and relationships.
