As human beings, we are all works in progress. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, emotional pain, or are generally feeling stuck or lost in life, then therapy may be something worth considering. I have been providing psychotherapy and mental health services for nearly 15 years and have worked with individuals of all ages and with varied backgrounds and life histories.
Now more than ever we are all experiencing the stress, fear and anxiety of this global pandemic and the need for support and help through therapy may be greater than ever in these very trying times. Therapy sessions have moved to video and phone only for the time being as we practice social distancing to stay safe and healthy.
My approach is kind, caring, humorous and honest. I strive for genuineness in the therapeutic relationship, and adopt a position of cultural humility that embodies respect for you and your identity(s). I work with adults of all ages and stages in life. We will work together to help you reach your goals and recover from emotional pain.
If you are looking to heal and grow, then I invite you to contact me and schedule a free 30-minute consultation so we can discuss further.
