As human beings, we are all works in progress. Therapy sessions have moved to video and phone only for the time being as we practice social distancing to stay safe and healthy.

My approach is kind, caring, humorous and honest. I strive for genuineness in the therapeutic relationship, and adopt a position of cultural humility that embodies respect for you and your identity(s). I work with adults of all ages and stages in life. We will work together to help you reach your goals and recover from emotional pain.
