My educational qualifications consist of a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Social Work. I have a training in a variety of theoretical interventions: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and somatic therapies (Sensorimotor, Hakomi method, and Felt Sense Polyvagal Model).
I have over 15 years of social work expertise assisting individuals experiencing mental health, addictions, and homelessness. I have clinical experience working with adults with symptoms of depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, abuse, loss, stress, substance use, relationship and self-esteem issues.
