In a world that moves so fast, asks a lot from you, and keeps changing, it can be tough to figure out who you are and what feels right. I work with kids, teens, and young adults (0-25) to help you make sense of all of that and find a path that feels meaningful, safe, and genuinely you.
There’s no one right way to grow — and therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. I’m here to meet you where you’re at and create a space together where you feel seen, heard, and free to be yourself.
As a racialized therapist-in-training (working with CICAPP), I get how identity — like race, gender, class, and sexuality — shapes your day-to-day experience. My approach blends talk, creativity, curiosity, and advocacy. Drawing on different ways of understanding and expressing what’s going on inside you.
We might:
- talk things through
- explore feelings in ways that don’t have to be just talking
- try creative or expressive activities
- reflect and build understanding together
- This work is all about your pace, your voice, and your experience — not a fixed script.
I also have a background in education, so I know what it feels like to go unseen or misunderstood. That’s why I focus on helping you feel more connected, confident, and understood — step by step.
If you’re a teen, young adult, or a parent wondering how to support someone you care about, and you’re curious about finding more clarity, confidence, and direction — I’d love to talk with you.
I welcome all genders, sexualities, and backgrounds in a space that’s supportive, affirming, and inclusive.
Ready to take a chance for yourself?
I’d be happy to meet with you for a free 30-minute consultation so we can get to know each other, explore what matters to you, and see what might work best for your journey
