Life can be overwhelming—especially when you’re managing school, work, relationships, or your own internal expectations. Whether you’re feeling emotionally exhausted, stuck in old patterns, or simply in need of a space to pause and reflect, therapy can provide the support and clarity needed to move forward. I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel safe, supported, and truly seen.
My goal is to create a warm and compassionate environment where you can show up just as you are. I have a strong background in supporting youth, pre-teens, and teens—including those navigating behavioural challenges, anxiety, and emotional dysregulation. I also work with adults experiencing burnout, life transitions, and school or work-related stress. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded in empathy. I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Parts Work—tailoring each session to fit your unique needs and goals.
