I have a special interest in working with young adults and adolescents who are experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, interpersonal conflict, relationship challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, and issues with their self-worth. My approach to therapy is mainly influenced by mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, solution-focused therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. This means I like to help people disengage from unhelpful thoughts and fears, live in the present moment, learn about themselves, and achieve meaningful goals.
