My passion is to help people live rich, meaningful, and fulfilling lives. This may involve overcoming fear, handling pain, nurturing strengths, or connecting with your values. Whatever your concerns, I provide a safe, nonjudgmental, and compassionate space. I have a special interest in working with young adults and adolescents who are experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, interpersonal conflict, relationship challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, and issues with their self-worth.
The therapeutic approaches I most often use are IFS, CBT, DBT, and ACT. This means I like to help people cope with painful emotions, disengage from unhelpful thoughts and fears, gain new insights, learn new skills and coping tools, and achieve meaningful goals. My work has a strong emphasis on self-compassion, growth, and value-oriented action.
