Accepting new clients – Anxiety can feel paralyzing. Stress can feel debilitating. Low self esteem can feel exhausting. I understand and I am here to help! I am dedicated to helping clients throughout their journey to emotional well being by helping to build healthy coping skills and support navigating past and day-to-day experiences and struggles. I can help those struggling to navigate stress, anxiety, low mood, life transitions, low self-esteem and difficulty building coping skills.
I aim to provide a compassionate and non-judgmental environment to help all clients feel heard and valued. I use a person-centered approach to create a personalized experience and also pull from solution-focused, strengths-based, emotion-focused, trauma informed, CBT, IFS, and mindfulness-based techniques to help guid you towards your goals.
