There are many factors in life that contribute to each individual experiencing some level of stress. This is the result of any number of unique diverse variables. When that stress becomes unmanageable it can lead to a multitude of mental health issues and distress. I can support and help individuals, couples, or families implement and learn effective skills to cope with these. I have experience working with children, adolescents and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, anger management, trauma, family conflict, school or work stress, parenting difficulties or many other challenges. Ensuring the well-being of each client, and identifying their strengths is very important to me. I graduated from Trent University with my B.A. in Psychology, and then went on to get my M.A. in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. I would like to meet together and find ways to increase your happiness and cope with stress in a healthy way that works for you.
