Finding Yourself Amid the Chaos
Life can feel overwhelming, confusing, or like nothing is going the way you expected. You don’t have to face it alone.
I support individuals navigating:
- Stress, burnout, and major life transitions
- Anxiety, overwhelm, and emotional dysregulation
- Identity and belonging questions
- Relationship challenges and shifting dynamics
- Grief, loss, and/or feeling unanchored
Using a compassionate, trauma-informed, curious approach, I help you uncover what’s standing in the way of feeling grounded and connected. Together, we focus on your strengths, clarify your values, and build confidence, resilience, and a renewed sense of direction.
What You Can Expect in Therapy
I hold space without judgment or pressure, and without assuming I know what’s best for you. Instead, we work collaboratively to understand what you’re carrying—whether it’s anxiety, burnout, grief, relationship strain, financial stress, or the weight of expectations.
We’ll explore how your past and present shape your patterns, strengthen your internal resources, and help you move forward feeling more grounded, self-aware, and connected to what truly matters.
My Approach
As a Pre‑Licensed Professional and MA in Counselling Psychology student under clinical supervision, I integrate:
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) – supporting values clarity, emotional flexibility, and practical coping tools
- Psychodynamic Therapy – understanding how early experiences and unconscious patterns influence current emotions and relationships
- Existential Therapy – exploring meaning, identity, uncertainty, and transitions
- Mindfulness-based and somatic-informed elements – to anchor the body and nervous system during stress
I work from a trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ affirming, and culturally sensitive lens, with care for the complexities of living, working, and belonging in a rapidly changing world.
About Me
Outside the therapy room, my path has taken me through relationship-focused roles in the corporate world, which allowed me to live abroad and experience different cultures firsthand. Those years shaped my curiosity about people, identity, and what it means to feel at home within ourselves.
I feel most like myself outdoors—walking forest trails, biking, or snowboarding when the weather allows. I also love baking and experimenting with new recipes. At home, you can usually find my Newfoundland-cross dog nearby, happily snoozing as my shadow.
