My name is Nathan, a Gestalt therapist in training. I bring a grounded, embodied and mindfulness-based approach to psychotherapy for clients looking to feel more present and fulfilled. My work is informed by training in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and Gestalt modalities, with a deep personal foundation in Vipassana Meditation. This contemplative practice shapes my therapeutic presence and supports clients in developing greater self-awareness and inner clarity. I strive to create a calm, non-judgmental space where we can show up as we really are.
I have lived abroad in diverse cultural contexts for many years, experiences that have deepened my understanding of identity, intersectionality, and the importance of community. With over a decade of experience teaching English to speakers of other languages, I approach therapy with a holistic lens, attuned not only to the individual but also to the cultural and social environments we move within.
I often support clients navigating anxiety, self-doubt, relationship issues, stress, burnout, and life transitions. I’m especially drawn to work that honours the full complexity of a person’s experience and getting curious about how we show up as we do.
